What Requires ACC Approval?
Prior to the initiation of any exterior change, except those specifically identified in our Seawalk Architectural Guidelines, homeowners are required to submit a request for approval by the ACC. This process also applies to painting or roofing your home if you are changing the exterior color, or the color or type of roof shingles. Driveway repaving must also be approved.
Changes and Improvements
To begin the process for ACC approval, please download and fill out an ACC Application Form. Once the form is completed, please email it to: ACC chair (found on web site) and info@firstcoastam.com or send it by mail to:
