Current ACC Members
ACC members are elected by the homeowners of the community at the annual meeting. The purpose of the committee is to review architectural change requests to ensure that any changes are in harmony with the overall community and are in compliance with the Seawalk Covenants and Restrictions and the ACC Guidelines.
What Requires ACC Approval?
Prior to the initiation of any exterior change, except those specifically identified in our Seawalk Architectural Guidelines, homeowners are required to submit a request for approval by the ACC. This process also applies to painting or roofing your home if you are changing the exterior color, or the color or type of roof shingles. Driveway repaving must also be approved.
