Community Information

Here is some useful information about our community and some friendly reminders to keep in mind.

Where we are located

Seawalk is located in St. John’s County and has access to many local amenities, recreational facilities and some of St. Johns’ county’s top rated schools.

With easy access to shopping, area clubs, and many sports and social activities, our community is real gem in the area.

The community is also positioned conveniently between Jacksonville and its beaches to the north, and St. Augustine to the south.

Note: GPS may direct you to access Seawalk via A1A. Instead, you must access via Ponte Vedra Blvd if you are a visitor.

Reach out to us at the address, phone number or e-mail listed below if you have any questions about the Seawalk HOA or would like to learn more about our wonderful community.

Good Neighbor Reminders

good-neighbor-reminders

Recycling and yard waste are picked up on Wednesday and regular trash is picked up on Thursdays. Please bring out garbage no earlier than 5 PM the day before each pick up.

Rear gate clickers, fobs for the pool gates and keys for the beach gate are for use by Seawalk residents and their guests only. Please do not lend these to others.

Vehicles may not be parked on the street overnight. Do not block traffic flow by parking on the street across from another vehicle. Please ask your lawn service and others to do the same.

The speed limit on the Seawalk Causeway and around the circle is 15 MPH. We have many walkers and bikers – of all ages – and ask you to be careful and mindful of them.

Be respectful of your neighbors' yards by curbing your dogs and minding your children. Always pickup after your pets.

No feeding of fish, fowl or alligators.
